Above and Beyond
As a young naive couple in search of our first home, making a purchase like this can be a very stressful thing. Going to numerous open houses we met several realtors but none really gave us the down to earth, caring, trustworthy feeling we felt with Ben. Ben took the time to get to know us and learn what we were looking for and our situation very well, which made it fun and exciting but also extremely comfortable working with him. Being first time buyers he made it easier by always being available when we needed him to answer any of our questions and concerns and gave us valuable advice throughout the whole process.Ben was exceptionally knowledgeable, as well as patient and thoughtful to our needs, along with being very flexible with our different work schedules, which made it much less stressful than our search started out to be.
He was fun to be around and made our searching for a home an enjoyable experience. We never felt rushed and having someone who was honest and reliable made us more confident about the decision we made.
We feel Ben went above and beyond the duties of a Realtor and we appreciate everything he has done for us.
Our experience with him has made us eager to recommend him to our friends and family.

Time for an Upgrade
Earlier this year we decided to make a change of address and move into a bigger house for our growing family!
We found the house we definitely wanted, but all we needed was the right realtor to help us buy and sell!
I (Liz) had known Ben through high school but had never had the opportunity to work with him on a professional level. I placed a call to Ben and after a meeting over coffees, we decided that Ben was the perfect choice for our needs. Things needed to move very quickly with both the purchase and the selling. Our house was placed on the market in the middle of May and by June 3rd, not even a month later, we were signing our selling papers!
We faced some tough situations during the process of buying and selling, as well as medical issues with our youngest child, but Ben's professionalism, knowledge and sympathy helped us through these difficult times and decisions.
Ben consistently answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. If he didn't have the answer for us, he would get the information and answers for us quickly. All of our phone calls and emails were answered promptly and if he was going to be unavailable for a day, he always informed us and gave us contact information for another agent who could help us.
Ben worked extremely hard with both the purchasing and the selling of the houses- we have every confidence in saying that Ben is a terrific realtor and we would highly recommend his services to anyone who is preparing for a purchase or a sale!
