Measuring Success

... This page outlines the success that my listing clients have experienced as a result of working with me.

Will your home actually sell?

The Woodstock and Ingersoll District Real Estate Board reports that in 2009, only 42% of homes listed eventually sold.  In 2009, I sold 80% of my listings.  My methods are proven to succeed.

How long have my clients been waiting?

According to The Woodstock and Ingersoll District Real Estate Board, the Average Days on Market (DOM) in 2009 was 97 Days. In 2009, my average was 68 Days. Less time on the market means fewer showings, fewer open houses, and less bother.  Getting you moved on to the next chapter in your life sooner, and with less difficulty.

And the prices my clients are getting?

According to The Woodstock and Ingersoll District Real Estate Board, homes sold for an average of 96% of asking price.  In 2009, my personal average was 97%.  That means on a typical sale price of $218,000, you're keeping an extra $2,049.20.  Who wouldn't like that?

Stacking up against the competition....

At any given moment, there are approximately 180 agents working in the Woodstock and Ingersoll District Real Estate Board.  2009 saw a total of 1079 sales, for an average of 6 per agent.  In 2009, I successfully completed 28 sales.

Go where your friends and neighbours are going!

In January of 2009, Re/Max a-b Realty Ltd had a Market Share of 1%. Through ongoing training, agent development, and recruitment, our January 2010 market share was at an astonishing 10%. How many other businesses can say they increased their presence that much in 2009?
